Jeffrey C. Landau 2011 PBX PRESIDENT Kusevich Contracting, Inc.

The Board of Directors of the Pittsburgh Builders Exchange elected Jeffrey C. Landau to serve as their 2011 President at the December Directors meeting
held on December 3, 2010. Jeff is currently employed as Project Manager for Kusevich Contracting, Inc. Before his move to Kusevich, he served as
Vice-President of Landau Building Company for eighteen years.
Jeff attended the University of Pittsburgh and West Virginia University where he majored in
Engineering. He earned his Associates Degree from Community College of Allegheny County in Construction Estimating. In addition, Jeff completed the
Carpenter's Joint Apprenticeship Program and was a Carpenter's Apprentice Contest Participant.
He also served as a committee person on the Carpenter's Joint
Apprenticeship Committee.
Jeff has been involved with the Pittsburgh Builders Exchange on the Board of Directors since 1999. He has served on various committees throughout the
eleven years including Audit & Finance, Internet Planroom, Education, and Legislative.
Jeff and his wife Rachel live in Middlesex Township with their three sons.
